Backpacks or large bags are not allowed in the venue. All permitted bags brought into the venue are subject to search.
All guests who purchased THE JUNK ROCKER EXPERIENCE add-on should arrive at the venue at least 1-hour before showtime. The experience will start approximately 30-45 minutes before the show begins. When you check in at the venue, you will receive your credentials. Guests will wait at the box office near the BOX sign for the tour to begin.
Please remember you must purchase a ticket (seat) to the show and the experience itself. You can bundle these with the purchase of seats or buy the add-ons separately.
Outside food or beverages are not allowed in the venue. The lobby and second level both have a full bar and concession stand.
No one will be allowed admission without a valid ticket. A valid ticket is your assigned seat. Tickets are required for all ages.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges are allowed unless a show is rescheduled or canceled. If the theatre reschedules a show, you will receive a new confirmation with the rescheduled date. Should your tickets be moved to an alternate date outside the rescheduled date, we cannot guarantee the same seat assignments.

You can use your phone to record video or to take still photography; however, your flash must be turned off.
