Things to know about The Cake

We have ADA Accessible seating options.

Backpacks or large bags are not allowed in the venue. All allowable bags brought into the venue are subject to search.

Guests without shoes or shirts are not permitted to enter.

Outside food or beverages are not allowed in the venue. There is a full bar & concession stand in the lobby.

No one will be allowed admission without a valid ticket.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges are allowed unless a show is rescheduled or cancelled. If a show is rescheduled, your tickets will be valid on the rescheduled date.

The use of video recording devices (except your phone) and flash photography is prohibited. Cameras are permitted unless otherwise stated based on event. Professional cameras with interchangeable lenses will be subject to artist approval. When an artist requests a ‘no camera’ policy, it will be enforced by our staff.

THE CAKE reserves the right to refuse admission and refund ticket price at its sole and absolute discretion.

 

THE CAKE reserves the right to eject a ticket holder for behavior likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance, annoyance, or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the management.

 

THE CAKE does not accept responsibility for loss or damage of personal property brought into the venue or vehicles parked in public or private parking areas.

 

As a courtesy to the performers and other patrons, please turn off all audible electronic alerts on any electronic devices during performances.

Our theatre is open at full capacity.  Masks are encouraged; however, preference to wear is left to the discretion of the patrons. We are not currently requiring vaccination cards or test results.  Hand sanitizer is placed throughout the venue for use by all.  Venue is cleaned and disinfected prior and following each show.
